Whistleblowing Reports

Roger Technology intends to implement the Whistleblowing reporting system provided by the Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 concerning "the protection of persons who report violations of national and European law".
Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 pursues the strengthening of legal protection of persons who report violations of national or European regulatory provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Entity to which they belong and of which they have become aware in the course of their work.
The Whistleblowing system has also been adopted for the purpose of identifying and countering possible violations of the Policies and Procedures adopted by the Company, as well as other illegal or irregular conduct that may undermine the integrity of the Entity (defined in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree. 231/2001).

Reporting channels

  • Through the Signalethic portal at the link rogertechnology.signalethic.it
  • By drafting a written report, to be sent in a sealed envelope marked.
    "CONFIDENTIAL" or "PERSONAL" by mail or by hand to:
    C.A. External Body of Roger Technology

  • Orally, by contacting +39 041 5937 023, requesting a telephone or in-person appointment with the Organism, in which case the Organism will prepare minutes that can be verified, corrected and confirmed with the Signatory's signature.

Some practical tips to protect the anonymity/confidentiality of your report

Signalethic was designed following the principles of privacy and security by design and by default, i.e. integrating the GDPR requirements into software development and by default, right from design. Traffic to the Signalethic portal is encrypted in transit (in transit) while the data stored in the platform is encrypted at rest (at rest or in the database). To protect your reports, below you will find some practical indications; make sure you implement them for greater IT security and protect the anonymity/confidentiality of your reports:

  • use private devices over which you have control to make reports or to consult reports you have already made;
  • use an incognito window (browser) if possible;
  • keep the credentials in protected places and where there is no risk of sharing them with anyone;
  • make sure you do not report or access the Signalethic portal in public or in places where the activity you carry out on your screen can be seen by other individuals;
  • access the Signalethic portal only via a secure internet connection and a private network so as to protect your internet traffic before it reaches the platform.
